This place provided a really nice stay for a relaxing business trip with high-quality, beautifully maintained rooms and a marvelous location.

The room has everything you need. The staff is inexpert but look for help you.

The hotel lacks personality and is poorly organized. Admission is cold. You have to go on the eighth floor for the reception. Every time you get in the room you have to change 2 elevators because the first ones go from the ground floor to the eighth floor, and the others go to the upper floors with the rooms. It 's absurd! Internet wi-fi has a software that blocks access to sites "heavy", such as games or download (why don't they have a faster line?). The room is small, not as a 5 star but a 3. After cleaning the room the bathroom floor was full of hairs! Never happened in other hotels! I would only recommend if the rate does not exceed the 70/80 €

This place has a great location in the Alabang district, right near the malls and other attractions, with convenient airport transportation options available.

I came here with my colleagues. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I were upgraded to deluxe queen room with 2 beds on check in.

The premier double room was new-fashioned, neat, and had hypoallergenic pillows. the breakfasts were rich, free, and offered food options for all tastes. - the location of the hotel is particularly good and unbeatable, being near a shopping center.

Staff is really doing a great job, a have a chance to meet executive chef very.... Accomodating person as well ann sales person they are great!!!

The set up of restaurant was quite mess reason buffet line is far from each other, the F&B director of this is not friendly she kind of isnub person .

This so called 5 star hotel costs more than the other 5 star hotels in the vicinity. The basic package has 2 single beds or 1 double bed as compared to the others with 2 double beds for the basic package. Service is also not that ok since some in room requests were not fulfilled. The only good thing is the location which is walking distance to a nearby mall.

Great location close to bars and cafés 🍹. Roomy bathroom, updated and top-notch rooms.

the place was spotless, with perfectly clean rooms. the location was favorable and unbeatable, with a public market and market within walking distance. 3. the hotel is just 12 miles away from the airport.

The premier double room was excellent with exceptionally comfortable beds. The restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was varied and free with good food in evenings and food options for all tastes. Central location was a plus;)))

Thoroughly enjoyed the good-sized room with my preferred beds. Wouldn't mind staying there all day. - the location was favorable and perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Starmall Alabang.
